How long does it take to receive my order?
During our working hours (8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday) we aim to issue gift cards within 30 minutes. Purchases made outside of working hours can take up to 24 hours to be issued.
If you would like to make a time-sensitive purchase, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request where possible.
Can I send gifts to friends in a different country?
We currently only sell eGift Cards that can be redeemed in the United Kingdom (GBP)
Please note, this does not include The Republic of Ireland which uses Euros.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. In most cases, we are unable to cancel gift cards and therefore we are unable to offer a refund.
Please contact us if you are having any issues and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Can I see a history of all my sent/received gifts?
Please create an account if you would like to keep a record of your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UK credit and debit cards including American Express.
My order was cancelled, what happens next?
If we cancel an order you will not be charged, if the charge has already taken place we will issue a refund immediately after cancelling the order. Refunds can take 3-5 days to be processed.
How to send a Gift Card to someone else?
When purchasing a Gift Card to be sent to someone else, select the value you would like to purchase and check the "I am buying this Gift Card for someone else" box. Click "Buy Now" and enter the recipient's details and a personalised message. Make sure you select to save the Gift Information before proceeding to checkout. We will send the Gift Card directly to the recipient.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
If you would like to check the balance of your gift card, please head to the brand page on our website to see the specific steps to check the balance for that retailer.
How to activate my Gift Card?
Your Gift Card will be activated at purchase and emailed to you.
How long do Gift Cards last?
Please check the brand pages for confirmation on how long Gift Cards last. Each brand is different with expiry dates starting from 6 months after purchase.
Can Gift Cards be used online?
We offer a range of Gift Cards that can be used online. Please check the brand page for more info.
How will I receive my Gift Card?
Your Gift Card will be sent to you in an email, with instructions of use. If you have trouble viewing the Gift Card or are unsure of how to use it, please contact our customer service team.
I want to buy multiple Gift Cards, do I need to purchase each one individually?
If you need to place a bulk order of 10+ gift cards please contact us directly and a member of our team will be able to process your order in a single transaction.
How do I bulk buy for business?
To bulk buy for business, please contact our Customer Service team to email@example.com with the number of Gift Cards you would like and which brand. They will send an invoice straight over to you and once this is paid, they will issue your Gift Cards.
We also offer a convenient sending service.
I received an error when trying to pay, and you have still taken the payment.
If you receive an error during checkout, such as a declined or incorrect postcode, we will not be able to take your payment.
You may temporarily see a pending transaction on your bank statement before being removed.
Are there any fees associated with bulk buying Gift Cards?
No, we do not charge any additional admin fees for bulk buying our gift cards.
Can you distribute a bulk buy order on my behalf?
Yes, we can send our gift cards to a list of your recipients. For this additional service we charge a £25 admin fee.
My payment has failed, why is it showing as pending in my account?
Some banks mark the payment as pending as soon as the card payment is started, if the payment has failed then the bank will release these funds back to you shortly.
Do I need to print my eGift Card?
You do not need to print your eGift card in order to use it. However, you can still print your eGift if that is what you prefer.
